O projeto visa aprimorar e diversificar os serviços de incubação atualmente prestados no âmbito da iniciativa Ponte Lima Empreende, nomeadamente, por meio da criação de uma incubadora destinada à instalação e ignição de startups, com enfoque naquelas com modelos de negócio assentes no digital e a atuar nas áreas: criativas, culturais, moda, design ou gastronomia. Esta incubadora terá também um espaço de cowork, onde os empreendedores poderão dispor de um ambiente de trabalho tecnologicamente evoluído, equipado para satisfazer as necessidades de startups assentes no digital. Tem como objetivo fomentar e promover a adoção de tecnologia, alinhados com a Indústria 4.0, para que se desenvolvam e instalem novas startups na região, que gerem crescimento económico e efeito de escalabilidade.Para a concretização deste projeto será necessário investir na capacitação da estrutura de apoio do município, nomeadamente no que concerne à sua dimensão tecnológica, de gestão e de recursos humanos
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
