A Associação Novo Olhar apresenta esta candidatura com o objetivo de garantir o apetrechamento essencial das 2 Residências de Autonomização e Inclusão (10 lugares) e do Centro de Atividades e Capacitação para a Inclusão (40 lugares), aprovadas no âmbito do Aviso 02/C03-i02/2021, contratualizados na medida RE-C03-i01.m01 – Requalificação e alargamento da rede de equipamentos e respostas sociais, do Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (PRR). A presente candidatura inscreve-se no quadro definido pelo Aviso 16/C03-i01/2025, que visa dotar as respostas sociais de equipamento móvel imprescindível, assegurando a plena operacionalidade, qualidade e segurança dos serviços prestados aos utentes, permitindo responder integralmente às exigências técnicas, normativas e de bem-estar dos utentes. A aquisição de equipamento móvel essencial — de manifesta necessidade para o funcionamento pleno das respostas sociais já contratualizadas — revela-se crucial para:Garantir condições de habitabilidade, conforto e segurança nas RAI;Proporcionar equipamentos adequados para a realização das atividades técnicas, pedagógicas, ocupacionais e de capacitação no CACI;Concretizar o padrão de qualidade exigido pelo PRR, sem comprometer o equilíbrio económico-financeiro da entidade.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
