A candidatura apresentada pelo Município de Vouzela enquadra-se no Aviso n.º 16/C03-i01/2025 e visa dotar a nova Creche de Queirã de apetrechamento e equipamento móvel indispensáveis ao seu funcionamento pleno. Este investimento contribui para os objetivos estratégicos do PRR (Componente C03 – Respostas Sociais), nomeadamente a modernização e alargamento da rede de serviços de apoio social, a promoção da igualdade de oportunidades e a melhoria da qualidade dos cuidados prestados à infância (ponto 1 do aviso e artigo 22.º do Regulamento (UE) 2021/241).A operação permitirá criar condições materiais adequadas para o acolhimento de 38 crianças em contexto educativo seguro, inclusivo e estimulante, respondendo a necessidades identificadas num território de baixa densidade populacional e reforçando a coesão social e territorial. A candidatura assegura ainda o cumprimento das regras de boa gestão financeira e transparência previstas no Decreto-Lei n.º 29-B/2021, com o Município a assumir os encargos não elegíveis, nomeadamente o IVA, conforme estipulado no ponto 5.3 do aviso.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
