A presente operação tem como objetivo a realização de diversas intervenções na resposta social ERPI, visando melhorar o conforto dos utentes, as condições de trabalho dos colaboradores e otimizar a eficiência energética. Entre as intervenções propostas está a substituição da cobertura dos edifícios, a aplicação de capoto nas fachadas, a troca dos estores térmicos, substituição de dois elevadores e instalação de gerador. Também está prevista a criação de 20 novos lugares para utentes, com a reestruturação dos espaços de forma a torná-los mais funcionais. das instalações. Além disso, serão implementadas melhorias como a instalação de torneiras temporizadas para aumentar a eficiência hídrica, a criação de zonas de arrumos e a melhoria das instalações sanitárias nos pisos de alojamento. Estas ações têm como objetivo proporcionar um ambiente mais confortável, seguro e sustentável, promovendo uma melhor qualidade de vida para os utentes e condições de trabalho mais adequadas para os colaboradores. O objetivo geral é modernizar a ERPI, oferecendo mais capacidade de atendimento, maior conforto e eficiência, e, assim, contribuir para o bem-estar de todos os envolvidos.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
