O projeto consiste na realização de pequena intervenção de requalificação em edifício existente e em funcionamento - Estrutura Residencial para Pessoas Idosas denominada Residência S. Barnabé – Carvalhal. Tem como objetivo o melhoramento da eficiência energética do edifício, através da instalação de sistema fotovoltaico, na modalidade de uma Unidade Própria de Auto Consumo (UPAC), instalação de sistema de AQS, com aquisição de painéis solares térmicos, a substituição da caldeira de apoio ao aquecimento das águas atualmente existente a gasóleo, por bombas de calor, substituição de equipamentos de cozinha de eficiência energética de classe superior, instalação de sistema de climatização por multsplit. Prevê-se um prazo de execução de 8 meses.Esta intervenção enquadra-se nas estratégias nacionais, contribuindo para a melhoria do desempenho energético e ambiental dos edifícios e para as metas definidas. A intervenção vai permitir a redução do consumo de energia primária.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
