Aquisição de veículo 100% elétrico para transporte de utentes a unidades de saúde. O veículo a adquirir tem 6 lugares, incluindo condutor, estando homologado com um sistema de retenção de cadeira de rodas e cintos adaptados, dispondo (também) de rampa bipartida. Em 2024 foram realizadas 3.850 consultas externas. A aquisição do veículo elétrico prossegue fins de eficiência na gestão de recursos, pela economia de consumos, ganhos que s se repercutem nos utentes e familiares, por desoneração deste encargo. Acresce que 42% dos destinatários das consultas pontuam níveis de dependência severa na mobilidade - na escala de avaliação funcional BARTHEL -, níveis de mobilidade condicionada que justifica a necessidade de adaptação do veículo, com apoios para colocação de cadeira de rodas no interior e respetivo equipamento para fixação.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
