O projeto “Ribeira Grande 5.0: Segurança e Modernização na Transformação Digital dos Serviços Públicos” surge como uma resposta estratégica aos desafios enfrentados pelo Município no contexto da segurança informática dos seus canais de interação, sistemas e infraestruturas, centrando a ação ao nível da sua evolução e capacitação para responder de forma melhor e mais alinhada às expectativas e necessidades do cidadão/munícipe e empresas, promovendo a segurança, eficiência e continuidade dos serviços públicos locais. Estruturam-se assim um conjunto de iniciativas estratégicas centradas na modernização e resiliência da infraestrutura digital, no reforço das condições de segurança digital e na promoção da transparência e inclusão digital.Desta forma, tendo em consideração as necessidades identificadas, o projeto é composto por quatro componentes principais de intervenção, a saber: 1 - Modernização e Reforço das Condições de Segurança Digital do Município, 2 - Portal Municipal Institucional, 3 - Competências Digitais no âmbito da Cibersegurança e 4 - Avaliação das Políticas, Práticas e Procedimentos ao Nível da Cibersegurança.Assim, para além de contribuir de forma direta para os objetivos e metas do PRR, este projeto contribuirá ainda para os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, em particular, o ODS 10 (Reduzir as Desigualdades), o ODS9 (Indústria, Inovação e Infraestrutura) e o ODS16 (Paz, Justiça e Instituições Eficazes).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
