Bairro Comercial Digital de Braga, resulta da ambição dos seus promotores, cuja Visão consiste em Posicionar Braga como a referência Inovadora para Comprar no Comércio Local, Descobrir Tradições, Património e Cultura, numa Cidade feita para tornar as Pessoas Felizes.O propósito do projeto consiste em afirmar a reputação global de Braga enquanto o principal destino de compras da Eurorregião Norte de Portugal ? Galiza e um dos principais da Península Ibérica.Visa ainda, reforçar o posicionamento de Braga, cidade com mais de 2000 anos de história, enquanto território de excelência para visitar, viver e investir; aumentar a atratividade e acessibilidade do espaço urbano, fomentando a digitalização do ecossistema empresarial e a competitividade dos negócios. Através da criação de um ambiente tecnológico avançado, pretende-se tornar memorável a experiência de consumo, tanto física como digital, integrando a oferta comercial, turística e cultural da cidade.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
