O projeto Oliveira do Bairro ? Digital e Sustentável visa criar um Bairro Comercial Digital numa área urbana central com forte presença de empresas de comércio e serviços. O projeto vai ser realizado através de consórcio formado pelo Município de Oliveira do bairro e pela ACIB ? Associação Comercial e Industrial da Bairrada. O plano de intervenção proposto enquadra os principais objetivos da medida já que (1) promove a proximidade e a coesão territorial; (2) promove a digitalização dos operadores económicos e dos seus modelos de negócio; (3) promove a criação e valorização de marketplace local; (4) promove a integração digital das cadeias de abastecimento e escoamento; e (5) promove a capacitação de recursos humanos no domínio do digital. O investimento total elegível do projeto ascende a 924.254,80 ? a concretizar ao longo de pouco mais de 2 anos, sendo que existe forte articulação deste projeto com outros que estão já em curso ou estão previstos realizar.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
