O objetivo do projeto é aumento da resiliência e competitividade do comércio e serviços de proximidade no Município, criando um ecossistema territorial diferenciador que permita alavancar o crescimento económico local. Face ao objetivo geral definido, existe um compromisso assumido por todos os elementos do consórcio da sua mobilização para a sua concretização. Definimos como os objetivos específicos: Melhoria da modernização e atratividade da zona do comércio e serviços de proximidade; Criação de identidade e imagem comum do BCD; Aumento das vendas e das receitas do comércio local, em particular pelo aumento das vendas online; Dar visibilidade ao bairro comercial e aos seus estabelecimentos, em particular pela sua presença online; Criar um BCD assente em princípios de eficiência, sustentabilidade e inclusão.O projeto vai permitir o acesso a diferentes tipologias de investimento com o objetivo de apoiar a transição digital, bem como a competitividade e resiliência do comércio e serviço
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
