O projeto consiste na constituição de um bairro comercial digital, denominado "Bairro dos Monges", constituído pelas Zonas Histórica e Funcional da cidade de Alcobaça, área perfeitamente delimitada composta por um conjunto de unidades industriais, de comercio e de serviços dos diferentes setores de atividade. Pretende-se dotar o bairro de infraestruturas tecnológicas e de comunicação que permita aos diferentes agentes e em diferentes contextos económicos e sociais responder às necessidades da população sem interrupção no fornecimento de bens e de serviços. Deste modo, o projeto consiste na aquisição e instalação de equipamentos e de serviços de conetividade, melhorando a cobertura da rede Wi-Fi, incluindo a criação conteúdos digitais (software), uniformidade da imagem do bairro, as necessárias obras de reabilitação urbana para colocação das infraestruturas de rede e de sinalética de promoção de identidade comum do bairro e disponibilização de informação útil ao público alvo.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
