Uma atividade comercial viva, dinâmica e modernizada assegura um leque de funções urbanas de vária índole (económica, social, cultural e urbanística), pelo que deve ser encarada como um relevante catalisador das cidades. Esta é a perspetiva do presente consórcio ao promover a candidatura ?Bairro Comercial Digital (BCD)? de Évora. Através da presente candidatura, o consórcio pretende desenvolver uma intervenção devidamente ?territorializada? e coesa sob o ponto de vista comercial, que promova a digitalização dos operadores comerciais existentes, a promoção do comércio de venda em linha, através da criação ou valorização de um Marketplace local, adotando também soluções digitais de gestão de informação ou de integração logística, seja a montante, pelo automatismo de aplicações dedicadas à gestão de stocks, seja a jusante, através da integração de sistemas de entregas ou encomendas. Pretende-se assim o reforço do Bairro Comercial Digital enquanto centro de comércio e serviços.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
