O projeto visa a implementação do Bairro Comercial Digital de Aveiro. O mesmo visa promoção de um conjunto de medidas que contribuam para o desenvolvimento económico dos seus agentes comerciais e confiram a toda a área de intervenção uma especial dinâmica económica e tecnológica.Pretende-se, por um lado, promover a digitalização dos negócios mas também, permitir o acesso a variados serviços que possibilitem, na ótica dos comerciantes, analisar a vivência urbana e programar as suas ações promocionais. Por outro lado, e na ótica do visitante, garantir o acesso facilitado a informação sobre oferta comercial, bilhética e múltiplos outros serviços, de forma a atrair e maximizar a experiência do consumidor.Este projeto será promovido no núcleo mais central de Aveiro caraterizado por uma área de 59 hectares no qual se localizam mais de 1000 estabelecimentos comerciais, Horeca e de outros serviços, que representam, respetivamente, 34%, 35% e 31% do número global de estabelecimentos.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
