O projeto prevê a aquisição de um conjunto de veículos 100% elétricos, devidamente adaptados, destinados a reforçar a mobilidade dos cidadãos, com prioridade para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.As ações e investimentos contemplam:Aquisição de veículos elétricos – até ao limite máximo previsto no aviso, selecionados de acordo com critérios de eficiência energética, autonomia, segurança e conforto para os utilizadores;Fornecimento e entrega – transporte, montagem e colocação dos veículos nas instalações municipais;Adaptação e personalização – aplicação de logótipos institucionais, elementos visuais de identificação e, sempre que aplicável, instalação de acessórios que facilitem a acessibilidade;Formação e sensibilização – sessões de informação para os utilizadores e técnicos municipais sobre a utilização segura e manutenção dos veículos;Integração na rede de mobilidade municipal – definição de pontos de recolha/entrega e circuitos de utilização, de forma a garantir a máxima eficiência na resposta às necessidades da população.O investimento será integralmente afeto à aquisição e implementação destes meios de transporte, em conformidade com os critérios de elegibilidade e as orientações do Programa de Intervenções nas Vias Públicas (PIVP).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
