Summary

Implementação de ferramentas de eID, de autenticação por CMD, SCAP, Wallet na gov.pt, nas soluções em exploração na ULSTS e desmaterialização do circuito interno das faturas (FSP).1.Promover um acesso seguro e eficiente aos serviços digitais no contexto hospitalar, utilizando a Chave Móvel Digital (CMD) como instrumento de autenticação avançada e assinatura digital. Este enfoque procura otimizar a experiência dos profissionais de saúde, assegurando a proteção e a integridade das transações eletrónicas.2.Implementar a automatização da validação de identidades e acessos para profissionais de saúde, promovendo maior segurança e eficiência na gestão hospitalar. A integração do Sistema de Certificação de Atributos Profissionais (SCAP) possibilitará um controlo rigoroso e seguro sobre informações sensíveis e o acesso a áreas restritas.3.Transformar os documentos de identificação dos profissionais de saúde para um formato digital, utilizando a wallet da aplicação gov.pt, de forma a aumentar a segurança, a acessibilidade e a eficiência nos processos administrativos hospitalares.4.O projeto Fatura Sem Papel (FSP) visa a digitalização integral do processo e circuito interno de faturação, promovendo a eficiência, a sustentabilidade e a conformidade legal, com integração com o sistema interno de encomendas e contabilidade SICC para garantir a automatização completa do processo de emissão e receção.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::

Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
