A CCDRC,IP dispõe de um sistema de informação complexo e abrangente, transversal ás suas áreas de negócio, designadamente da ambiente, ordenamento do território, desenvolvimento regional, agricultura, cultura, educação, fiscalização, fundos comunitários, com um avançado estado de digitalização. Para além de suportar as áreas de negócio, decorrendo nele a atividade dos seus 750 trabalhadores, o sistema de informação serve cidadãos, empresas e administração pública local, através de diversas plataformas, designadamente o seu Balcão Digital. Apesar de este sistema integrar mecanismos de autenticação diversos, pretende-se ampliar esses mecanismos, adotando o sistema de identidade eletrónica disponibilizados pela AMA para toda a Administração Pública, garantindo patamares elevados de segurança, conformidade, integridade aumentando a eficácia e a eficiência.Serão considerados através desta candidatura a integração da Chave Móvel Digital, dos Atributos Profissionais (SCAP) e da Aplicação gov.pt (wallet) no sistema de informação da CCDRC,IP.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
