O Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude (IPDJ) apresenta esta candidatura para a modernização dos seus serviços digitais, através da integração da Chave Móvel Digital (CMD) e do Cartão no gov.pt (Wallet).Na área A, o projeto visa a implementação de um sistema único de autenticação nas plataformas do IPDJ, substituindo os métodos atuais pela CMD e Cartão de Cidadão, em conformidade com o Decreto-Lei n.º 49/2024. Esta integração será realizada através da integração com os serviços federados de autenticação da Agência para a Modernização Administrativa (AMA), garantindo maior segurança e eficiência no acesso dos utilizadores.Na área C, pretende-se disponibilizar os certificados desportivos, como os de treinadores desportivos, mas não limitados a estes, na Wallet gov.pt, permitindo o seu armazenamento e validação digital. Esta solução promove a desmaterialização documental, facilita o reconhecimento de qualificações e melhora a acessibilidade dos profissionais do setor desportivo.Com este projeto, o IPDJ reforça a digitalização dos seus serviços, garantindo um acesso mais simples, seguro e integrado a qualquer cidadão.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
