Pretende-se melhorar as condições de acesso a partir do exterior do edifício até às bancadas do Pavilhão do Complexo Desportivo da Boavista, nomeadamente permitir o acesso a todos os que pretenderem assistir à prática desportiva, melhorando a qualidade do serviço público.Com base na legislação vigente, incluindo o Decreto-Lei n.º 163/2006, de 8 de agosto, propõe-se a implementaçãode uma Plataforma Elevatória com as seguintes características:- com as medidas iguais ou superiores a 0,75m x 1,00m (largura x profundidade);- com porta ou barra de proteção no acesso à plataforma;- com zona de livre acesso com largura superior a 0,75m e uma profundidade superior a 1,20m;- os sistemas de comando e controlo devem estar visíveis, poder ser utilizados autonomamente por utente sentado na plataforma, com identificação tátil e sem estra trancada nem dependente de chaves ou cartões;- com uma barra de apoio no interior da cabina situada a uma altura do piso entre 0,875m e 0,925, e a uma distância da parede de 0,035m a 0,05m.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
