Empreitada 42/GEBALIS/2023, Obras de Requalificação de Acessibilidade, Eficiência Energética e Melhoria Funcional em Espaço de Trabalho Técnico e Operacional” no Bairro Alfredo Bensaúde, obras na banda A (lote A9, lote A10 e lote A11), e na banda C (lote C9, lote C10, lote C11, lote C12 e lote C13). Trata-se de equipamento diverso, já utilizado anteriormente pela Gebalis, para a sua sede, onde funcionavam os serviços de suporte e o atendimento presencial a moradores.As obras elegíveis ao presente Aviso foram realizadas no Lote A11 um dos edifícios da Banda A. Nestas instalações, para além do Call Center, está a ser criada uma zona de atendimento presencial exclusiva ao morador, a qual contará com uma pequena sala de espera, um balcão de atendimento e uma sala de atendimento especial. Esta área terá um novo acesso exterior o que permitirá fluxo independente morador versus colaborador. Existirão duas instalações sanitárias, uma das quais dimensionada de forma a permitir, a sua utilização por pessoas portadoras de mobilidade condicionada.Todos os revestimentos existentes serão alterados, dando lugar a materiais resistentes, duráveis, laváveis, que respondam às necessidades espaciais e funcionais.Toda a iluminação artificial será em tecnologia LED, baixo consumo.Gozando a instalação de uma excelente exposição solar, em todos os vãos será aplicada película de controlo solar bem como estores interiores de rolo.Será instalado um novo sistema de climatização (AVAC) e ventilação mecânica em toda a instalação.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
