Trata-se de uma ação de melhoria de condições de acessibilidade ao Mercado de Benfica na qual pretende-se melhorar as condições de acesso, aos transportes públicos, melhorando a qualidade do espaço público e mobilidade pedonal, bem como o espaço pedonal e condições de segurança, e conforto.Com base na legislação vigente, incluindo o Decreto-Lei n.º 163/2006, de 8 de agosto, e no Manual de Desenho Urbano e Acessibilidade de Lisboa, propõe-se a implementação das seguintes melhorias:Requalificação das passadeirasElevação de passadeiras para facilitar a travessia e reforçar a segurança.Aplicação de pavimento antiderrapante e marcações táteis para apoio a pessoas com deficiência visual.Reforço da sinalização vertical e horizontal.Melhoria dos passeiosAlargamento dos passeios nas zonas mais estreitas.Nivelamento e substituição de pavimentos irregulares.Instalação de guias rebaixadas para acessibilidade a cadeiras de rodas.Instalação de Pavimento TátilSerá inserido pavimento tátil direcional e de alerta nas principais travessias e acessos ao mercado.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
