O projeto blueENERGY pretende apoiar a democratização da produção e uso local de energia renovável. É um sistema de Indústria 4.0 (DigitalTwin) onde sensores remotos, IoT, BigData, Data analytics, visualização, permitem de um modo compreensível a todos: 1) verificar qual o recurso energético solar e eólico em qualquer lugar e instante de tempo, através de sensores instalados e dados de satélite/modelos numéricos; 2) quantificar a possível produção de energia através de modelos surrogados para sistemas fotovoltaicos, turbinas de eixo horizontal e de eixo vertical; 3) comparar esta produção com os gastos de energia atuais nos edifícios onde os sensores estão instalados; 4) quantificar em tempo real as poupanças de energia tendo em conta os preços de mercado; 5) visualizar todas estas métricas através de um plataforma simples facilmente customizada. Um demonstrador (TRL6-7) encontra-se em funcionamento há cerca de 4 meses na Ericeira-Portugal, utilizando 3 sensores em 2 locais diferentes.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
