O tratamento mais comum de feridas crónicas passa pela remoção do adesivo para inspeção visual e consequente exposição da ferida a fatores externos. O software e algoritmo de monitorização digital que integram o adhesivAI, preveem o processo de cicatrização da ferida por Inteligência Artificial, de acordo com a avaliação remota de parâmetros biométricos, sem a necessidade de remover o adesivo.Este novo paradigma de monitorização remota de feridas contribui, não só para o conceito de medicina personalizada e saúde digital, mas também para uma menor pegada ecológica.Primeiramente, do processo produtivo ao produto final, a BH4U garante o uso de química verde (biomateriais e solventes não tóxicos) aliada a processos de baixo impacto ecológico. Além disso, a redução de deslocações desnecessárias de doentes ao hospital terá um impacto direto na quantidade de consumíveis médicos descartáveis e, consequentemente, na diminuição do orçamento alocado a recursos humanos, serviços e materiais.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
