Este munícipe conta com uma deficiência grau 93%, paraplégico e se encontra em cadeira de rodas; ainstalação sanitária da habitação conta com algumas adaptações e tem espaço, no entanto, o chão éescorregadio quando molhado, tem as peças sanitárias desadequadas e mal localizadas, como p. ex.:poliban pequeno e alto, lavatório com pé, vários móveis entre as peças sanitárias; já o acesso, tem 0,88m de largura útil, mais que suficiente para a mobilidade de uma pessoa que se encontra em cadeira derodas e também tem algumas barras de apoio.As obras propostas serão ao abrigo do Programa de Intervenção em Habitações (PIH) - Investimento REC03-i02: Acessibilidades 360°.PROPOSTAA proposta passa pela remodelação da instalação sanitária, com a colocação de novas peças sanitáriasmais adaptadas à condição do utente e com melhor acesso; propõe-se a substituição do polibanexistente por base de duche acessível com resguardo, alteração dos locais e peças para melhorar oacesso a estas, barras de apoio e revestimentos adequados.A ação a desenvolver no âmbito desta operação é a realização de obras para melhorar a acessibilidade na habitação e tem um custo estimado de 7.418,22€.Investimento total da operação: 7.418,22€€Investimento elegível da operação de acordo com o Ficheiro Custos: 7.418,22€ €
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
