A Way Across atualmente já presta serviços a várias empresas internacionais através de intermediários e/ou empresas internacionais com sedes/filiais em Portugal. Tendo vários anos e projeto terminados, conferindo à empresa experiência acumulada, a empresa pretende com o presente projeto continuar o seu processo de internacionalização com a angariação de clientes internacionais de forma direta. Principais objetivos:? Aumentar a notoriedade internacional da marca? Angariar clientes internacionais através dos canais digitais, reduzindo a forte dependência dos intermediários;? Diversificar os números de clientes? Subir na cadeia de valorAssim, a presente candidatura contemplará investimentos, baseados na análise competitiva do plano e-commerce internacional apresentado pela AICEP, a destacar:? Os investimentos em marketing digital devem ser aumentados: Apenas alguns concorrentes diretos investem em SEM, o que indica valores de investimento baixos.? Posição competitiva fragilizada: A empresa não apresenta tráfego orgânico nos mercados alvo; Quase todos os concorrentes têm tráfego de visitas mensais superior? Oportunidade de competir com estratégias de SEM, através do google ads e display? Necessidade de investir em SEO: Melhoria de características no site (URLs, Page Titles,? Meta Descriptions, Meta Keywords, H1, H2, e Imagens); ? Website apenas disponível em português? Pouca interação nas redes sociais ? Website sem área de blog e produção de conteúdos
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
