Summary

A intervenção a efetuar contempla os seguintes trabalhos:- Eliminar o ressalto de soleira existente no acesso principal (de público).- Colocar Piso podotátil no acesso interior.- Colocar Botão de pedido de assistência para pessoas com necessidades especiais, junto ao balcão de triagem (que só funciona a tempo parcial).- Melhorar a Instalação sanitária acessível: - Melhor a zona de manobra para abertura da porta pelo exterior. - Substituir aparelhos sanitários. - Instalar barras de apoio. - Instalar fraldário.- Sinalética/comunicação: - Melhorar a sinalética com um design mais acessível e comunicação simples. - Disponibilizar informação bilingue e em braille. - Colocar planta tátil na enteada do WC. - Colocar sinalética dinâmica NaviLens no exterior. - Implementar comunicação digital acessível.- Balcões de atendimento: - Instalar recetor do botão de pedido de assistência para pessoas com necessidades especiais (posto de informações). - Instalar equipamento de tradução automática instantânea. - Instalar anel magnético portátil para utilizadores de aparelho auditivo. - Disponibilizar lupas para pessoas com baixa visão. - Adaptar 1 balcão de cobranças para melhorar a acessibilidade em cadeira de rodas. - Criar condições para “pagamento seguro” para pessoas cegas. - Instalar biombo para criar atendimento reservado.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::

Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
