A colocação / substituição de rampas e respetivos corrimãos, sempre que obrigatório, é a principal intervenção da presente candidatura. Deverá ser aplicado o estipulado na SECÇÃO 2.5 (1) do DL 163/2006, de 8 de Agosto sempre que que possível, dados os constrangimentos construtivos de um edifício com de valor patrimonial mundial. Com esta intervenção, o monumento passará a ser mais inclusivo e responder melhor aos visitantes e princípios da UNESCO. Como estratégia, optou-se por incluir apenas soluções de rampas e respetivos corrimãos de forma a criar uma linguagem una e identitária do monumento. Estes elementos irão esgotar o limite financeiro para este edifício. Soluções complementares da legislação específica como sinalética, comunicação, faixas antiderrapantes, etc. irão ser executadas em paralelo. O investimento do projeto totaliza um investimento total de 13 260,00 euros que é revertido na colocação de rampas de acesso ao monumento numa extensão de 25.5 mts.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
