A Test Bed (TB) ?ITeCS ? Inovação Tecnológica em Cuidados de Saúde? tem como objetivo fulcral a aceleração do desenvolvimento tecnológico de produtos ou serviços na área da Saúde Digital. Ao recorrer aos serviços da TB, a PME/startup aderente poderá usufruir de todo o know-how técnico bem como das tecnologias e infraestruturas necessárias para o desenvolvimento e validação de pilotos de produtos e soluções inovadoras na área da Saúde, ajudando-as a ultrapassar o apelidado ?vale da morte?. As empresas aderentes irão contactar com especialistas tecnológicos em diversas áreas e testar os seus produtos em ambiente real (Testers / End-users). Estas entidades poderão ainda obter aconselhamento por parte de um Conselho Científico em diversas áreas. Em concreto, esta TB irá abordar 4 verticais principais da Saúde ? Estilos de vida saudável, Envelhecimento ativo, Saúde Pública e Saúde Mental ? debruçando-se na prevenção em saúde, cuidados de saúde primários, especializados e continuados.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
