Após a recolha de dados e análise das necessidades na habitação do destinatário final, apurou-se que a intervenção incidirá apenas na casa de banho. Apesar de já existir base de duche, o acesso à mesma é complicado devido a uma saliência de 2cm existente no chão, pelo que é necessário substituir a mesma. De maneira a facilitar o acesso ao duche o objetivo é colocar uma base de duche diretamente no chão, sem saliência nenhuma.As restantes louças também precisam de ser trocadas, nomeadamente a sanita e o lava-mãos por serem de difícil acesso e não respeitarem as distâncias regulamentares, sendo, também, necessário ainda prever nova reconfiguração das redes de águas e esgotos.Neste sentido, é preciso recolocar louças apropriadas a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, de maneira a permitir o acesso livre, prático e funcional. Finalmente, ao trocar as louças sanitárias é inevitável que o revestimento cerâmico sofra danos, pelo que é necessário prever um revestimento novo, tanto no chão como nas paredes.Relativamente ao investimento financeiro o mesmo é de 8 109,80€, conforme o ficheiro 13 - Custos_PIH_AAC2024, enviado em anexo.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
