Após a implementação do programa Rede Social em 2004, no concelho de Anadia a intervenção social neste concelho foi desenvolvida seguindo um modelo de trabalho articulado e em parceira com os diversos parceiros do Conselho Local de Ação Social de Anadia, com vista a um desenvolvimento social participado e integrado (rentabilizando todos os recursos existentes). Nesta perspetiva e considerando que a Rede Social é um instrumento fulcral na estratégia de desenvolvimento social e de focalização na inclusão social, será uma enorme mais-valia a implementação de um sistema integrado de georreferenciação social e capacitação do território, com vista a otimização de respostas e recursos, que possam trazer mais eficácia à intervenção social dos parceiros do CLAS de Anadia/ e outras entidades locais, para fazer face às problemáticas identificadas no território, já apresentadas anteriormente na síntese do Diagnóstico Social.O objetivo geral desta candidatura atualizar os instrumentos de planeamento da rede social (Diagnóstico Social, Plano de Desenvolvimento Social e Plano de Ação), mapear os recursos regionais e locais, implementar um sistema integrado de georreferenciação social de pessoas, famílias e grupos em situação de vulnerabilidade social e exclusão social, potenciar todos os recursos georreferenciados junto de todos os parceiros sociais com intervenção social.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
