A pandemia COVID-19 e a guerra na Ucrânia causaram grande impacto na economia mundial e desencadearam uma grave crise económica que potenciou um aumento drástico nas desigualdades sociais e económicas nas famílias. Este impacto económico e social intensificou o agravamento nos grupos economicamente mais desfavorecidos, nomeadamente idosos e famílias monoparentais.Pretende-se, pois, identificar a população em situação de vulnerabilidade, pobreza e exclusão social e a população com 65 anos e mais idade residentes no Concelho, que estejam em risco de isolamento e/ou de solidão não desejada. Nesse sentido, urge a necessidade da elaboração de um retrato socioeconómico do Concelho, que potencie a construção de redes comunitárias de coesão social entre os parceiros e a comunidade para respostas direcionadas e comprometidas.O objetivo geral prende-se com a capacitação e desenvolvimento do território na ativação de respostas sociais e otimização dos recursos existentes, redirecionando a intervenção social local numa lógica de fortalecimento da articulação dos agentes interventivos no território.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
