Pretende-se com esta operação a criação de uma equipa "Radar Social" que trabalhe em parceria com as demais organizações do território, nomeadamente com as identificadas na rede de parceiros locais, nomeadamente serviços da segurança social, da saúde, da educação, da justiça, da segurança pública, das instituições do setor social e do desenvolvimento local, assim como com o setor empresarial local. Sendo o Diagnóstico Social, um documento de trabalho, o qual deve ser constantemente atualizado, a primeira fase desta operação destina-se à sua atualização, bem como aos demais instrumentos de planeamento da Rede Social, como Plano de Desenvolvimento Social (PDS) e Plano de Ação. Nestes novos documentos serão ainda incluídas as atividades a desenvolver no âmbito do Programa Radar Social. Numa segunda fase, pretende-se implementar um sistema integrado de georreferenciação social de âmbito municipal que identifique, pessoas, famílias e grupos, em situação de vulnerabilidade social e/ou em risco de pobreza e exclusão social, promovendo ao mesmo tempo resposta em tempo útil para as carências encontradas/sinalizadas, executando o plano de ação previsto na fase 1. Prevê-se a afetação de 2 técnicos a tempo inteiro e em regime de exclusividade, assim como a afetação parcial de 2 técnicos, que se consideram pertinentes em qualquer uma das fases, não esquecendo a importância no desenvolvimento de um trabalho de parceria. O equipamento previsto, passa pela aquisição de tablets, gps e softwares próprios, que permitam a georreferenciação, tendo um dos equipamentos, já sido adquirido no presente mês.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
