Os instrumentos de Planeamento da Rede Social do Concelho de Aljustrel necessitam de atualização, o Diagnóstico Social – D.S. data de 20/07/2015, o Plano de Desenvolvimento Social – PDS e o Plano de Ação – P.A. datam de 12/04/2021. A candidatura ao Radar Social constitui, assim, uma mais-valia para otimizar os trabalhos da Rede Social, quer na atualização dos Instrumentos de Planeamento da Rede Social (Diagnóstico Social, Plano de Desenvolvimento Social e Plano de Ação) bem como no apoio técnico da equipa do Radar Social para atualização/criação de outros instrumentos estratégicos de planeamento (Carta Social, Plano Municipal para a Igualdade). A implementação de um sistema de georreferenciação social de ampla abrangência, tendo como destinatários as pessoas, famílias ou grupos em situação de vulnerabilidade social, nomeadamente em risco de pobreza, exclusão social ou descriminação, algo muito necessário para uma intervenção social cada vez mais articulada entre os diferentes agentes locais e levar a efeito um processo de desenvolvimento social. Objetivo Geral Atualizar os instrumentos de planeamento da Rede Social, mapear os recursos regionais e locais e implementar um sistema integrado de georreferenciação social que permite identificar pessoas, famílias e grupos em situação de vulnerabilidade social e/ou em risco de pobreza e exclusão social. Dinamizar a Rede Social com a constituição da equipa “Radar Social”, promovendo um planeamento integrado e sistémico, criando no concelho, uma rede de malha apertada, que permita a sinalização de casos a descoberto na área social e as condições para a sua resolução, visando melhorar a eficácia do conjunto de respostas sociais.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
