A elaboração do diagnóstico social no concelho de Pedrógão grande pretende um maior conhecimento dos recursos existentes (endógenos e exógenos) e das capacidades dos territórios para o recenseamento dos problemas, o esclarecimento das carências, a determinação de prioridades e as estratégias a adotar. Um diagnóstico social pretende fornecer um conjunto de informações importantes que permita a eficiência, eficácia e impacto da intervenção e nesse sentido quer contribuir com conteúdos que facilitem a clareza estratégica para o percurso de desenvolvimento social do concelho. Visa pretende fornecer um conjunto de informações importantes que permita a eficiência, eficácia e impacto da intervenção e nesse sentido quer contribuir com conteúdos que facilitem a clareza estratégica para o percurso de desenvolvimento social do concelho. O diagnóstico social do concelho foi elaborado no intuito de caraterizar o concelho de Pedrógão Grande no que se considera serem as principais dimensões de análise ao nível da intervenção, nomeadamente nas seguintes áreas: demografia; economia e rendimento; educação, formação e qualificação profissional; habitação; saúde; ação social, famílias e comunidade; cidadania e participação; segurança; ambiente e sustentabilidade e mobilidade; mas também ao nível de grupos de população considerados de maior vulnerabilidade, como as crianças e jovens, as pessoas idosas, migrantes e minorias e as pessoas com deficiência e/ou incapacidade, entre outras.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
