A medida Radar Social irá dar resposta ao definido no Diagnóstico Social de 2019, bem como o estabelecido nos grupos de trabalho da Rede Social. Torna-se fundamental desenvolver respostas capazes de atender ao problema social identificado: o envelhecimento populacional no Concelho de Boticas. É cada vez mais importante mobilizar a Rede Local e a comunidade para se comprometerem com o desafio do aumento da longevidade, desenvolvendo ações de proximidade e capacitação. O sistema de georreferenciação social a criar permitirá capacitar o território na ativação das respostas e otimização dos recursos, bem como trazer uma maior eficácia à ação das entidades locais, no que diz respeito às situações de vulnerabilidade, pobreza e exclusão social. Permitirá contribuir ainda para a construção, atualização e conhecimento do território local, através dos instrumentos estratégicos e planeamento. Além disso, será fundamental a constituição da equipa, com técnicos especializados e afetos temporalmente a 100% para trabalharem estas problemáticas, de forma a surgirem oportunidades e forças que possam combater as fragilidades identificadas. O objetivo geral desta candidatura é fazer o levantamento e diagnóstico da população no Concelho de Boticas, de modo a detetar situações de risco e agilizar uma intervenção ajustada e personalizada.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
