Fundamentação Pretende este Município com a candidatura ao Projeto Piloto – Radar Social, ter uma maior perceção da sua realidade social, para, assim, combater a pobreza, a exclusão social, promover a inclusão, a coesão, a justiça/igualdade social e o desenvolvimento social local, através da implementação de um planeamento integrado e sistemático que potencie sinergias, competências e recursos, de forma a garantir uma maior eficácia e uma melhor cobertura, bem como organização/articulação do conjunto de respostas e equipamentos sociais locais, com a criação de canais regulares de comunicação e informação entre todos os parceiros e a população em geral. Objetivo Geral Mapear e georreferenciar as privações, as expetativas e as potencialidades dos indivíduos em situação de vulnerabilidade, pobreza e exclusão social vivenciada pela população do concelho de Carregal do Sal, para a implementação de uma intervenção planeada, integrada e sistémica. Atualizar os instrumentos de planeamento da Rede Social - Diagnóstico Social, Plano de Desenvolvimento Social (PDS) e Plano de Ação ( atualizado para os anos de 2023/2024), incluindo as atividades que irão desenvolver no âmbito do Programa Radar Social, devidamente discriminadas, com metas e respetivos indicadores. Mapear os recursos, regionais e locais, em estreita articulação com as cartas sociais municipais, de forma a garantir maior eficácia das respostas e melhor coordenação das intervenções ao nível dos concelhos e das freguesias.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
