É uma inovação em relação ao contexto e ao processo e uma oportunidade de dinamizar/fortalecer a Rede Social de Fafe.A população com mais de 65 anos de idade tem vindo a crescer, os agregados familiares compostos por 1 ou 2 pessoas são a maioria dos nossos agregados, com o problema de falta de vagas para idosos nas respostas sociais, a questão de grupos mais vulneráveis sem resposta com respostas esgotadas é uma preocupação crescente no seio da Rede Social.Posto isto o objetivo central passa pela necessidade de ter um sistema integrado de georreferenciação social que nos permita identificar pessoas, famílias ou grupos em situação de vulnerabilidade social, incluindo pessoas em situação de risco de pobreza, exclusão social ou discriminação, e construir e/ou ativar redes comunitárias de coesão social.Esta intervenção tem também por objetivo capacitar o nosso território na ativação das respostas e/ou otimizar os recursos, conduzindo a intervenção social local para o desenvolvimento integrado tornando o território inclusivo.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
