No sentido de diminuir a pobreza e exclusão e de aumentar o desenvolvimento social, o Conselho Local de Ação Social (CLAS) do Concelho de Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, de forma participada e integrada, reuniu informações, discutiu pontos de vistae delineou estratégias de intervenção de forma articulada.O Diagnóstico Social permite identificar constrangimentos, potencialidades e delinear assim propostas de intervenção, valorizando sempre os agentes locais e atuando sempre diretamente no terreno. Aproveitar e racionalizar recursos, promover aconsciencialização coletiva relativamente aos problemas sociais e incentivar a intervenção interinstitucional. O principal objetivo é combater a pobreza e a exclusão social, e promover o desenvolvimento social.São objetivos estratégicos:- Desenvolver uma parceria efetiva e dinâmica que articule a intervenção social dos diferentes agentes locais; Promover um planeamento integrado e sistemático, potenciando sinergias, competências e recursos a nível local; Garantir uma maior eficácia do conjunto de respostas sociais nos concelhos e freguesias. São objetivos específicos: - Induzir o diagnóstico e o planeamento participados; Promover a coordenação das intervenções ao nível concelhio e de freguesia; Procurar soluções para os problemas das famílias e pessoas em situação de pobreza e exclusão social; Formar e qualificar agentes envolvidos nos processos de desenvolvimento local; Promover uma cobertura adequada do concelho por serviços e equipamentos; Potenciar e divulgar o conhecimento sobre as realidades concelhias.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
