O presente projeto visa acelerar a transição digital da empresa através da aquisição e implementação de soluções de software colaborativo, ferramentas de produtividade baseadas em inteligência artificial, equipamentos digitais e de informática, infraestrutura de redes e sistemas de visualização interativa. Estas ferramentas permitirão otimizar processos internos, melhorar a comunicação e colaboração entre equipas, reforçar a capacidade de análise de dados e de tomada de decisão, e potenciar a integração com parceiros e clientes em ambiente digital._x000D__x000D_A iniciativa abrange desde a adoção de plataformas digitais para gestão e otimização de projetos e comunicação (ClickUp, Slite, ChatGPT-Team, Claude Pro, WindSurf Pro), passando pela modernização de equipamentos (sistemas de videoconferência e ecrã interativo) e infraestrutura de rede (switch gerenciável e kit router mesh)._x000D__x000D_O projeto está focado na modernização tecnológica e digitalização de processos da empresa, não se sobrepondo nem
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
