O projeto Redcatpig Tech Quest é uma "missão tecnológica" cujo objetivo é reforçar a infraestrutura digital da empresa, através da implementação de soluções que permitam:_x000D_Digitalizar e automatizar processos administrativos, financeiros e de recursos humanos;_x000D_Modernizar a infraestrutura tecnológica, garantindo capacidade de trabalho remoto e colaboração interna eficaz;_x000D_Melhorar a comunicação interna e externa através de equipamentos audiovisuais e de videoconferência;_x000D_Potenciar a eficiência da equipa com computadores de alta performance adequados às necessidades do desenvolvimento de videojogos e gestão de projetos._x000D__x000D_Licenciamento de Software – Artsoft (3 utilizadores)_x000D_Tipo de despesa: Capacitação Digital_x000D_Esta ação consiste na aquisição de um conjunto completo de módulos de gestão (Comercial, Contabilidade, Contabilidade Inteligente, Recursos Humanos, Gestão de Projetos, Assiduidades e Portal do Colaborador), permitindo a digitalização total dos processos administrativos e de RH
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
