A ANEPC pretende adquirir, mediante consulta prévia ao mercado, meios para equipar 40 posto de trabalho em funções de teletrabalho. As características pretendidas correspondem a equipamentos médios com rápida resposta às solicitações, permitindo trabalhar em várias aplicações e separadores em simultâneo. O Sistema operativo não foi considerado, uma vez que a ANEPC dispõe das suas próprias licenças.As consultas foram efetuadas considerando as seguintes características:• Portátil Intel Core i5, com processador intermédio AMD Ryzen 5;• 4 GB/8 GB de RAM;• Capacidade de armazenamento SSD;• Conetividade Wi-Fi e Bluetooth;• Portas USB favorecendo entradas em 3.0 ou outra mais rápidas, caso não encareçam o equipamento;• Entrada para cabo HDMI ou DisplayPort;• Ecrã externo 24”;• Teclado e rato com fios.Os investimentos estimados para o ano de 2023, encontra-se repartido na tabela excel, em anexo ao presente formulário de candidatura, cujo custo por posto de trabalho se fixa em 482,60€, num total de 19.304,00€ (montantes sem IVA).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
