Summary

A operação pretende promover a melhoria da acessibilidade da pessoa com mobilidade condicionada no edifício habitacional existente.A intervenção prevê a instalação de uma plataforma elevatória rebatível nas escadas exteriores de acesso entre o interior da habitação e o logradouro.As escadas em causa são revestidas a pedra, bem como estão expostas às mais adversas condições climatéricas, pelo que ocorrendo atividade pluviométrica estas tornam-se escorregadias, não garantido a segurança de qualquer indivíduo, muito menos de uma pessoa com mobilidade reduzida numa percentagem de 82% de incapacidade, que apresenta elevada dificuldade na deslocação sem auxílio de outrem, ou recurso a meios de compensação.Desta forma a proposta de instalação de uma plataforma elevatória nas escadas exteriores, possibilitará vencer o desnível de mais de 3,00m, existente entre o interior da habitação, o respetivo logradouro e ainda o arruamento público, proporcionando uma circulação autónoma, segura e confortável para a pessoa de mobilidade reduzida.Através da intervenção proposta, cumpre-se o objetivo de criar um percurso acessível com zonas de manobra desobstruídas e de nível com dimensões regulamentares, contínuo e coerente, abrangente e articulado com as atividades e rotinas diárias da pessoa com mobilidade condicionada, bem como dos restantes elementos do agregado familiar.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
