São objetivos deste projeto a construção de um equipamento social e a criação das respostas sociais de Centro de Dia (30 utentes) e Serviço de Apoio Domiciliário (30 utentes), na Freguesia de Boidobra, Covilhã. Com a construção do edifício e a criação destes serviços, na área dos idosos, a CERZIR tem como objetivo colmatar uma escassez de recursos inexistentes na freguesia da Boidobra e limítrofes.
