O projeto prevê a contratação de nove estagiários, distribuídos por vários serviços dos SPUP, designadamente, um para o Serviço de Apoio Jurídico, três para o Serviço de Recursos Humanos, dois para o Serviço de Compras e Gestão Contratual e três para o Serviço Económico-Financeiro. Os futuros estagiários serão integrados nas equipas atualmente existentes, desenvolvendo as suas atividades em colaboração com estas e, naturalmente, em contexto de trabalho.Os estágios propostos estão direcionados, de forma transversal, para a Transição Digital, incluindo todos eles objetivos relacionados com a desmaterialização de processos, a automatização, o tratamento eletrónico de dados e a utilização das ferramentas e dos recursos digitais como fator-chave para o progresso das instituições. O investimento global associado a este projeto ascende a 110 043,36 EUR, valor este que inclui a bolsa de estágio, a taxa social única, o subsídio de refeição e o seguro de acidentes de trabalho, para os nove meses de duração do projeto.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
