Funções consultivas, de estudo, planeamento, programação, avaliação e aplicação de métodos e processos de natureza técnica e/ou científica que fundamentam e preparam a decisão. Elaboração, autonomamente ou em grupo, de pareceres e projetos, com diversos graus de complexidade, e execução de outras atividades de apoio geral ou especializado nas diversas áreas de atuação da Universidade de Coimbra, em particular na área de gestão de recursos humanos, gestão financeira, gestão académica e gestão de projetos. Representação do órgão ou serviço em assuntos da sua especialidade, tomando opções de índole técnica, enquadradas por diretivas ou orientações superiores. As funções deverão ser exercidas com responsabilidade e autonomia técnica, ainda que com enquadramento superior qualificado. Funções de conceção e aplicação na área de infraestruturas tecnológicas, nomeadamente em sistemas de rede, cibersegurança.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
