O AVISO N.º 04/C19-i07.05/2022 visa proporcionar aos organismos da Administração Direta e Indireta do Estado a possibilidade de se candidatarem a vagas no âmbito da 2ª edição do programa extraordinário de estágios, com o objectivo de permitir aos estagiários o desempenho de funções, correspondentes à carreira de Técnico Superior, no contexto da Administração Pública. O acolhimento de estagiários representa um contributo da instituição para o apoio ao emprego, à economia e à qualidade do serviço público e trará à CCDR LVT conhecimento e rejuvenescimento, próprios da transmissão de saber entre gerações. Neste contexto serão celebrados 3 (três) contratos de estágio entre a CCDR LVT e os estagiários a alocar à Unidade de Instrução Técnica de Processos (UITP) da Direção de Serviços de Ordenamento do Território (DSOT), à Divisão de Avaliação e Monitorização Ambiental (DAMA) e à Divisão de Licenciamento Ambiental (DLA) da Direção de Serviços de Ambiente (DSA).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
