O Município de Gondomar apresenta a Operação “Espaços Saber + - Requalificação do antigo edifício da Junta de Freguesia de Jovim”, que tem como principal objetivo a reabilitação do edifício antigo da Junta de Freguesia localizado na Avenida da Igreja, em Jovim (União das Freguesias de Gondomar (S. Cosme), Valbom e Jovim), resolvendo as anomalias existentes e adaptando-o para criação do Espaço Saber+. Prevê-se que esta intervenção, que inclui a realização de uma Ação (n.º 1 - Requalificação do antigo edifício da Junta de Freguesia de Jovim), beneficie 987 idosos com 60 e mais anos, inscritos no Programa Idade D’Ouro e residentes no Município de Gondomar. Não obstante, o Espaço Saber+ de Jovim será um espaço aberto à participação de todos os cidadãos que queiram frequentar e participar nas atividades dinamizadas.
Beneficiaries

- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
