A intervenção infraestrutural do Projeto assenta, operacionalmente, no desenvolvimento de uma empreitada de requalificação física completa de um espaço devoluto existente, atualmente sem uso, inserido no rés-do-chão do bloco 3 do conjunto habitacional de Ramalde, Bloco 3, na rua Dr. Aires de Gouveia Osório, entre os números 154 e 184 na freguesia de Ramalde, município do Porto. A Residência Partilhada visa ser uma estrutura dinâmica para um grupo social especialmente vulnerável, utilizadores seniores, isolados, provenientes da freguesia de Campanhã, diagnosticados como socioeconomicamente vulneráveis, com autonomia para atividades de vida diária, porém sem qualquer rede de suporte social e ou familiar, em situações ou risco de isolamento físico e social. O projeto visa, assim, a transformação do espaço num Equipamento de Residência Partilhada, como resposta dirigida a seniores em situação de isolamento e risco social, criando uma estrutura dinâmica e inclusiva para esta população. A proposta a desenvolver deve representar uma resposta social inovadora, potenciando a integração social que privilegie a autonomia, a independência, mas também o envelhecimento saudável, pela participação comunitária e intergeracional. Será constituída uma estrutura que se afaste da tradicional institucionalização, estabelecendo noções de “coabitação”.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
