O presente documento constitui a memória descritiva do plano de acessibilidades desenvolvido para os espaços e acessos exteriores no campus do Iscte em Lisboa e para as acessibilidades no interior dos edifícios 1, 2, 3 e 4. Este plano, apresentado no âmbito da candidatura de investimento do PRR, C03-i02, com o n.º de aviso 04/C03-i02/2023, enquadra-se nos termos do Decreto-Lei 163/2006, de 08 de agosto e o seu respetivo anexo.Metodologicamente procurou-se definir o Plano de Acessibilidades nas acessibilidades plenas no interior do edifício 3A presente memória descritiva refere-se, em particular, ao plano desenvolvido para o Edifício 4. O plano de acessibilidades teve a preocupação de identificar em planta a rede de espaços acessíveis e respetivos percursos desde a via pública até aos vários espaços no interior deste edifício. Deste levantamento foram identificadas as situações em inconformidade com os termos do decreto acima mencionado, devidamente identificadas nas peças desenhadas deste plano. Desta forma, e tendo em vista a melhoria continua das condições de acessibilidade no Iscte apresentam-se as seguintes propostas de intervenção:Edifício 4 (ED4)_ ED4_01: Aquisição de rampa móvel para acesso aos pátios e varandas exteriores_ED4_02: Sinalética inclusiva com sistema de escrita em braille
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
