Como referido no ponto anterior, a operação objeto da presente candidatura prevê a implementação de soluções de mobilidade no Balneário Termal do Cró.Começamos por indicar que não é efetuada nenhuma intervenção que vise a implementação de uma entrada acessível, dado que o edifício já se encontra munido de entrada acessível conforme comprovado no plano de acessibilidades (em anexo: “P07-PlanoAcessibilidades”).Assim fica demonstrado o cumprimento da condição constante no n.º 9.7 do Aviso (entrada acessível).A intervenção articula-se com as Normas Técnicas de Acessibilidade (NTA) na medida em que cumpre com o seguinte ponto:• Secção 3.4 – Recintos e instalações desportivas:o Nas piscinas municipais deve existir pelo menos um acesso à água por rampa ou por meios mecânicos; os meios mecânicos podem estar instalados ou ser amovíveis (ponto 3.4.3 da NTA).Deste modo, a desagregação e contabilização dos trabalhos a realizar e que se enquadram com as NTA em apreço, encontram-se explanados no documento (cfr: P02 [edificios]-AnexoII-Custos), sendo que o investimento proposto ascende a 5.377,57€.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
