As intervenções propostas serão realizadas no edifício do Centro de saúde de Alter do Chão, na Rua João Lopes Namorado, no que diz respeito substituição de sinalética e portas exteriores, para melhor acessibilidade dos seus utentes no acesso ao edifício e seus serviços. Pretendemos contemplar as acessibilidades dos utentes às Unidades de Cuidados de Saúde Primários, permitindo a fácil orientação e acesso dos utentes em tempo útil ao serviços e equipamentos que a Unidade Local de Saúde do Norte Alentejano, EPE (ULSNA, EPE) tem disponíveis para as várias faixas etárias e com diversas dificuldades de mobilidade, permitindo o reconhecimento dos serviços prestados de forma uniformizada.O edifício dispõe de percurso a cessível a pessoas com mobilidade condicionada, com espaços que permitem a rotação de 360 º de cadeiras de rodas, sem obstrução do mobiliário. Mas no que diz respeito à sinalética do mesmo verifica-se que esta se encontra bastante datada e obsoleta, pelo que pretendemos criar uma linguagem única com layout igual para todos os Centros de Saúde e Hospitais.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
